Specializing in both suburban and rural residential sales, I love helping sellers prepare and stage their homes before going on the market. There’s such value in the little things – small repairs and projects prior to listing can have great returns for my sellers. I give my all to my clients and always strive to exceed their expectations. Our team strives for excellence. We provide exceptional value and a customer service experience like no other. I want to make a real difference for my clients, and that shows up in everything I do. Jaiden Snodgrass

As a Bloomington Normal native, and a seasoned real estate professional, I recognize and value the trust my clients put in me and look to exceed those expectations every transaction. Since joining our local association (MIRA) and my brokerage, I’ve proudly maintained 40 or more transactions a year thanks to my amazing clients. Prior to entering real estate, I worked in sales at my families flooring and construction business. The knowledge gained from those years of sales in the construction industry has helped shape me into the agent I am today. Outside of real estate, I enjoy spending time with my wife and two dogs, traveling, socializing, watching sports, and enjoying the outdoors. I look forward to being your go-to real estate contact! 

Kyle Yap

At Sorensen & Yap Home Selling Team, we focus on helping clients understand the payoff and return on investment (ROI) for specific projects. I have experience flipping and rehabbing properties, and this skill set allows me to provide buyers with a realistic expectations of costs for repairs, updates and general maintenance. I try to utilize opportunities to be creative, energetic, and competitive. I began serving the Central Illinois market in 2015 – earning my license the same week our first child was born. As a native, I have an extensive knowledge and love for this community and the surrounding small towns. I grew up in the southeast Bloomington/Downs area attending the Tri-Valley school district. Since then, I have lived in the Lexington and Chenoa communities. Outside of my passion for real estate, I enjoy spending time with my family, cat, and two dogs. I also enjoy taking time to travel and see the world.
